点评：After posting my honest review about a deeply disappointing experience at this facility, the response from the business only confirmed what I initially suspected: a lack of integrity.
In their reply, they falsely claimed that we paid 200 lira. In reality, we paid 400 lira — not because we agreed with the charge, but because we were pressured and wanted to avoid a public confrontation. We were ambushed with a surprise fee after being briefly invited onto a horse for barely a minute, with no mention of pricing, no consent, and no explanation. The business is now publicly denying the amount paid, which is not only dishonest but deeply unprofessional.
Let me be clear:
There was no signed agreement, no stated price, and no indication that the brief moment on horseback would be considered a paid “session.”
The whole ordeal felt more like a set-up to trap guests into a payment than any kind of professional or hospitable experience.
The staff involved made no effort to clarify anything in advance — and only after we sat down to order drinks were we told we owed money.
Instead of acknowledging this or reflecting on how such behaviour might affect future guests, they’ve chosen to double down, misrepresent facts, and label the situation “shameful.” I agree — it is shameful. Just not in the way they seem to think.
As someone who works professionally in the horse industry, I stand by every word of my original review — and I post this follow-up so others can be fully aware of what to expect.
This is not a place I can recommend — not for riders, not for tourists, not for anyone who values honesty.
