⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful trip but disappointing end to an otherwise fantastic experience.

点评：Our group of 12 had a fantastic 3-night stay on the Infinity Houseboat. The boat was beautiful, clean, well-equipped and perfect for celebrating a group of June birthdays. We had a generator failure 2 days into the trip but that was quickly resolved.
Unfortunately, the end of the hire left us feeling disappointed.
Following our hire, $200 was deducted from our bond for four allegedly missing beach towels ($50 per towel). Before responding to the company after receiving the final invoice, I spoke with all guests, and everyone confirmed they had not taken any towels. I also completed a final walkthrough of the boat before disembarking and left all used towels neatly piled on bathroom floors.
I raised these concerns politely with the company, hoping we could resolve what I genuinely believed was an inventory discrepancy. While their responses were courteous, they maintained that the towels must have been lost during our hire (“blown off the rails”) and upheld the deduction based on their inventory count.
I appreciate that businesses need to recover the cost of genuinely lost items. However, from a customer’s perspective, it was disappointing to have $200 deducted from my bond when no one in our group believed the towels were missing at the end of the hire, and there was no evidence of how or when they were allegedly lost.
The only reason I haven’t given five stars is because the post-hire bond process left us feeling disappointed after what was otherwise an enjoyable experience.
