Dangerous, unsafe and fraudulent operation that will rip you off and strand you in danger in the middle of the desert

点评：This operation is unsafe and fraudulent. If you care about your safety, avoid at all costs.
First, Carlo's sent us out in a vehicle that did not have air conditioning (as promised), subjecting us to extreme heat for 20 hours of driving over 5 days through the desert.
Second, Carlo's put us in extreme danger by sending us through the desert with a car that did not have the ability to change a flat tire. As a result, we were stranded on the side of the road in an extremely dangerous and scary situation. As a result of their negligence, we were stuck in the desert on the side of an empty highway and had to flag down a passing car to provide the equipment necessary change our tire and save us from heat stroke or possible death on the side of the road in 40 degree heat.
Third, Carlo's lied about the pickup and drop off times for a transfer from Swakopmund to Windhoek. We contracted for a ride in one vehicle that would depart Swakopmund at 15:00 and arrive Windhoek at 20:00, but they provided us with a ride in two different vehicles that departed Swakopmund at 14:00, made at least 10 stops, and arrived at 21:15. The seats were completely broken and uncomfortable with less than 4 inches of legroom (shown in the picture posted) for a 7 hour trip (which could have been completed in 4.5 hours or less by a reputable tour operator).
If you value your safety and don't want to get ripped off, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
