Extremely dangerous and irresponsible service in Lanka Safe Tours.

点评：I had a very serious and concerning experience with Lanka Safe Tours that I feel others should be aware of.
Recently, I was involved in an accident with one of their buses on the road between Wellawaya and Tissamaharama while I was traveling toward Ella. The situation was extremely dangerous. According to passengers on the bus, the driver had been using his phone while driving. He first collided with a Toyota Vezel from behind and then veered into my lane, hitting my vehicle.
The impact caused significant damage to multiple vehicles, and the police were called to the scene. It was a very stressful and avoidable incident that could have resulted in even more serious consequences.
This experience raised serious concerns about the safety standards and driver responsibility of this company. When operating tours, especially with international passengers, safety should be the highest priority.
Based on what I experienced, I cannot recommend Lanka Safe Tours. I strongly urge the company to take immediate steps to ensure their drivers follow proper road safety practices to prevent incidents like this in the future.
