点评：Visit: Thurs 2 April, 4pm. Once again we've visited C/End Picturehouse and found the desk staff ill-informed and quite rude. We have a recently renewed joint membership and wanted to use 2 of our free tickets. The guy on the desk told us the membership hadn't been renewed - he scanned the membership number and it didn't work. We were pushed for time to get in to see our film so bought silver screen tickets instead which cost £9.99 each. I queried this as I'd looked at the website and gone through the booking system to see how much SS now costs. The online ticket price is £9.84 (it has gone up by £1.85 recently) plus a booking fee. In addition our daughter has U25 membership but we were charged £12.00 for her ticket. She'd popped out to a shop so wasn't with us to scan her details - but the desk guy didn't say that he needed to see that. When I complained to him about their website showing different info to what he was telling us, he shrugged and said it wasn't anything to do with him. His attitude was very dismissive. After the film we spoke to an 'assistant manager' and raised the above issues. He successfully scanned our membership number but - despite being 'management' - was unable to issue a refund!! So, we have to call their office to complain and get our free tickets honoured plus a refund, etc. I'm sure that will be a pain. This is beyond ridiculous. Crouch End P/House needs a good shake up and much better staff training. Oh - and, by the way, why do they never offer you the included hot drink when you buy SS tickets? Do you always have to remind them!
