Cascadia Art Museum的点评
点评：This museum is exceptionally well curated and has a great collection of art. They have primarily temporary exhibits, with what seem like a few permanent fixtures otherwise.
The exhibits this time were some collected Northwest photographers, especially Asian immigrants, on the one side, and Northwest women painters on the other. Both exhibits were excellent, but both also fell into the common art museum curation issue of having either far too much or too little information on each piece. Particularly, the Northwest women exhibit included several essay-length segments on each woman, which, when combined, would be about the length of a full chapter of a nonfiction book. Difficult to process that much information and also digest the art.
Still, the museum chose excellent displays and arranged the art well. Definitely a worthwhile stop.
