点评:I had booked a return journey back in December 2025. While I was on the cruise (and my phone turned off), they canceled our scheduled 9am reservation and pushed it back to 10am. I only found out about the change when we got back into port. The reason given was simply "No availability". I had originally picked the 9am slot so that we have plenty of time to get to the Orlando airport which is about an hour away. To cancel/re-schedule a reservation at the last minute after being charged is ridiculous. When we disembarked, I called the office to try and understand why the reservation was re-scheduled. When I asked the gentleman on the other end of the line to please repeat what he had said (it was quite noisy at the port), he gave me the loudest sigh ever, and then proceeded to take a condescending tone the rest of the call.
Next, the driver didn't even show up on time. He was about 30 minutes late. He'd send me updates, but when I asked for an ETA, he said he can't give me one. When I talked to him on the phone, and told him we're going to be late, he tells me I should get a private shuttle if I'm worried about being late. Then he hangs up on me. When he finally did show up, he had my name and reservation completely wrong. He then tells me it's my fault and that I probably didn't make the reservation correctly. Then when he finally gets close to the airport, he stops at a gate, and doesn't move forward ...seemingly not sure what to do. We all sat there wondering what's going on. After about 10 minutes, he proceeds to go ahead and park. I'm guessing it was the guy's first day on the job.
It's too bad my return trip experience was such a nightmare. The ride from the airport was great. The driver, Mohammed, was so courteous and friendly.
Bottom line - Can't really recommend a company that shows such dreadful customer service and poor planning, and will re-schedule a paid reservation at the last minute.

回程真是太糟糕了,简直是一场噩梦。从机场到目的地的路程倒是挺好的。司机穆罕默德非常礼貌友好。
总之——我实在无法推荐一家客户服务如此糟糕、计划如此混乱,甚至会在最后一刻更改已付款预订的公司。
