点评:After spending a weekend camping at this ball ache they call a festival, I can firmly say I may never come back, from the lack of precautions for weather events to the outrageous prices for food and drink and especially the disrespect of the crowds full of teenagers, this has put me off completely from attending another year.
Never have I seen this level of torrential downpour on a festival before creating swamps across the entire arena, worst thing is that the festival had merely provided a total of 3 stages in which had shelter, in a festival with over 100,000 participants you would think there would be more to offer to their attendees instead of packing us in these tiny spaces like tins of sardines.
Moving on to the unjustifiable prices for food and drink, one would assume the festival made enough money from ticket prices alone! I mean, £45.50 for two portions of crispy duck and some pepsi almost had my sister taking out a mortgage to pay for the three days we were there!
One thing that did make my experience that one bit better was the staff across the whole festival, some of the most helpful people ever, humorous, facilitated and all round great people.
Finally, the one thing that stood out to me during the three days of music acts was the immaturity and disrespect of the crowds, on one occasion when leaving the crowd for DAVE we were stationary waiting for the next act, when a freshly 17 year old grabbed me by the shoulder and shoved me out of the way, this is not acceptable.
This festival is riddled with sweaty and callow teenagers who know zero concert etiquette, please think twice about booking this festival.
