点评:Circuit Gilles Villeneuves not spectator friendly and very unfriendly to general admission patrons. Unlike Miami where there are very specific GA viewing areas specifically built for GA and with reasonable capacity, the Montreal facility GA spots are horrible and in some ways they seem to go out of their way to make it worse, like putting port-o-potties in the way (northeast corner of the hairpin turn). As a GA ticket holder you can’t even see anything worthwhile just walking around - you can’t see the starting grid / paddock area because there are stands and club structures in the way. Much of the track is hidden from view due to trees & structures. GA tickets aren’t worth the effort, and even the grandstand tickets don’t offer access to viewing the track / cars drivers outside of a race. What you do have access to is all the state-fair like sections which are fun, but not what we expected. The Canadian GP organizers should take a lesson from NASCAR where it comes to access to views of the non-race action.
