The Spa Pavilion的点评
点评：I love visiting theatres and recently had my first visit at the Spa in Felixstowe. When we arrived, it was immediately obvious how well organised this is. When we went to walk in, a member of staff informed us that the seats were not open yet, but we were welcome to go to the bar. We went to go to the upstairs bar and there was yet another person stationed there letting people know it was less busy in the bar downstairs. It was great that people were being herded well to make best use of their space. We headed downstairs and enjoyed a drink there watching the sea.
The theatre itself was clean and the seats comfy. All the other guests appeared really happy and relaxed, and I think the overall ambiance that is created by the staff here makes it a really welcoming place to visit.
During the break the staff seemed to have nailed the perfect balance between serving everyone quickly but still being really friendly.
The nicest thing was at the end, the “thanking” bit on the stage, where the “manager and staff” were thanked for being good hosts, and a man who I think must have been the manager was stood to the side of our seats looked really proud and happy about it. It’s so nice that someone genuinely cares so much about their theatre and making the guest experience fabulous. If I was wrong and it was a member of staff, it’s still great that the staff care so much.
There is no parking at the venue, but despite it being a weekend evening and what appeared a sell out show, there was ample car parking in pay and display car parks nearby. Probably worth checking this out beforehand if you don’t know the area as there are more car parks than just the immediate sea front ones.
We would definitely visit again.

剧院没有停车场，但尽管是周末晚上，而且演出似乎已经售罄，附近的收费停车场仍然有很多空位。如果您不熟悉这一带，最好提前查一下，因为除了海滨附近的停车场之外，还有更多选择。
我们一定会再次光临。
