Coolwater Garden的点评
点评：Coolwater Garden is a stunning passion project, a place packed to the brim with plants, stories and love for the craft. There are a plethora of species to discover on the guided tours, where your knowledgeable guide can enlighten everyone from seasoned professionals to newer plant aficionados, and everyone in-between.
One feels instantly entranced by this magical oasis as Kevin, your host and guide, is approachable and welcoming. The tour itself is calm and relaxed with tons of information and little stories. Even the areas not covered in the tour, every nook and cranny, exude an air of care and attention.
My favourite place, particularly since I visited in early winter, was the alpine house — a sight to behold, even for those who specialise in succulents and cacti.
One more caveat is the steal of a price. A two-hour guided tour would typically cost thrice as much, and here you also get to enjoy refreshments — biscuits, sweets, drinks, and even some of the host’s special port — all served in the beautiful copper pagoda with a view of the pond.
Coolwater Garden is still a hidden gem, so you’ll have the entire garden to yourself and your group.
