点评：Honestly, one of the most disappointing visits of our entire trip. Dawki river has been so overhyped on social media that the reality hits you like a slap.
The Approach Road is a Nightmare 🚗
The road leading to Dawki is in terrible condition — broken, narrow and full of potholes. The journey itself is exhausting and takes way longer than expected. Not a pleasant start at all.
Construction Chaos Everywhere 🏗️
The entire area is surrounded by ongoing construction work. There is a bridge being built right near the old iconic bridge, and it has completely ruined the vibe of the place. Dust, noise, machinery — it feels more like a construction site than a scenic destination.
Muddy & Dirty Water 😞
The so-called "crystal clear turquoise water" that you see on Instagram and YouTube? Forget it. Thanks to the bridge construction nearby, the water is muddy, brown and absolutely not clear. The famous transparent water effect is nowhere to be seen.
Overcrowded & Chaotic 😤
Massive crowds, noisy tourists, boats lined up one after another — there is zero peace or serenity. The natural beauty is completely lost in the chaos.
Verdict:
Save your time, energy and money. Dawki is currently NOT worth the visit. Do not fall prey to social media reels and photos — those are either heavily edited or taken years ago. Wait until construction is complete before planning a visit.

省省你的时间、精力和金钱吧。达乌基目前不值得一去。不要被社交媒体上的照片和视频所迷惑——那些要么经过大量修图，要么是几年前拍摄的。等到施工完成后再计划前往吧。
