点评：Our group booking was for 09th May 26 with Water Sea Sports at Varca Beach. However, the vendor handed over the activities to a third party. We actually did the activities on for 09th May 26, and even then, the activities were not properly managed for everyone. Their jet ski was not working properly, and the service was very poor.
Even though we had booked in advance, they kept taking smaller groups before our group. They even took away our life jackets. Overall, we received completely third-class service from Cosmos and Water Sea Sports.
The Water Sea Sports team also overcharged us. At the location, the rate for 5 rides was ₹1200, but they charged us ₹2100 first and then ₹2000. They took extra payments from us through different accounts and did not provide any bill, which feels like fraud.
Bhavik Anil Gaikwad and Snehal, the sales executive, also started threatening us. They even shared the wrong location, because of which we wasted 1 hour. Please do not take activities from them.
They took extra money through online transfer and Google Pay, and they did not provide any bill or receipt.
We had also informed them that we would make the payment by card swipe, and they said it was okay. But after reaching there, they told us that there would be an extra 2% charge. Snehal had also not informed us about this earlier.
