点评：Can’t say enough good things about Conch Charters out of Road Town, Tortola. We were referred by a friend who has done numerous charters with the Moorings and others, but said Conch Charters personalized service and quality of boats far surpassed all his other trips. Based on his very strong recommendation, I reached out on a Sunday morning and was surprised to have the phone answered by a manager. I had a great first phone call, he explained their policies, walked me through their website for boat selection and availability, and was extremely helpful. I am a licensed Capt and very experienced with motor yachts, and the other couple were sailors and very experienced with sailboats. The five of us (my wife, adult daughter and I, and the other couple) decided to "bareboat" their 45' Nanaan which was a newer 2024 boat (4.4 Bali) . We arrived on a Friday afternoon and spent the night on the boat after a short briefing. The AC was ice cold, everything was clean and fresh, perfect condition and ready for us. Saturday morning we had a Captain's briefing by Reese and a chart briefing. Reese was amazing and walked us through all the systems, required daily checks, electronics, generator, ACs, Yanmar diesels, sails, mooring, everything. The chart briefing was incredible, outlining all the best snorkel spots, bars, restaurants, moorings, activities, and things to see and do. We took off about noon on Saturday and brought the boat back the following Saturday. The check out with Reese was super easy, did a de-briefing, fueled up the diesel and checked out in less than an hour. We had essentially no issues with the boat, it was perfect. The sailing, motoring and mooring on our trip was incredible. For our first bare boat charter, it could not have been better. we will return! Kudos to Conch Charters for a professional, courteous staff, great boats, and a family-style attention to all the details. Thank you
