点评：We recently toured Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Armenia with Advantour. Our trip was fantastic. We enjoyed learning about the countries and their histories. We also found it fascinating to experience the cultures and see where there were similarities and differences. Each country has a terrific mix of large, modern capitals, small towns, and beautiful rural areas. The sightseeing was remarkable. Advantour arranged stays at top-notch hotels, so we felt comfortable and cared for at each stop.
Our itinerary was very well planned, and it kept us on the move without being rushed and/or overscheduled; there was enough built in to truly savor the experiences. We especially liked the multiple visits and lunches we shared with local families. Those visits gave us the opportunity to meet local families and learn more about their culture. And the food and wine were delicious.
The local tour guides were excellent. We were with Zaur in Azerbaijan, Salome in Georgia, and Rima in Armenia. Each guide prioritized our particular interests and went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful vacation. Additionally, each guide was knowledgeable and took the time to share the region's history and culture. They all served as valued guides and also great ambassadors for their respective countries.
