点评：Our three-day fly-fishing trip on the Missouri River in Craig, Montana was absolutely outstanding, and our guide, Eric Adams, made the experience unforgettable. Eric is the real GOAT of fly-fishing guides — an incredible professional with 25 years of experience, deep knowledge of the river, and a true passion for teaching others.
My adult son and I came into the trip needing “Fly Fishing 101,” and Eric patiently coached us every step of the way. Each day he built on what we learned the day before, helping us improve our casting, reading the water, presentation, and overall confidence on the river. His communication skills are exceptional, and he has a way of teaching that is encouraging, relaxed, and easy to understand for beginners while still being highly technical and informative.
Beyond being an outstanding guide, Eric is simply a great person to spend time with — fun, engaging, highly educated, and full of interesting stories and insight about the river, fishing, and the area. And to top it all off, the fishing was great — we caught a lot of Rainbow Trout over the three days.
If you are considering a fly-fishing trip in this area, do yourself a favor and request Eric Adams. This was truly a first-class experience, and a memorable father-son trip!
