If I could give Adele from Waipu Horse Adventures 10 stars, I absolutely would! What an incredible woman with such a beautiful heart. From the very first moment, Adele took care of us and made us feel so welcome. She is genuinely one of the warmest, kindest, most caring and bubbly people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
My husband is a beginner rider, and Adele was absolutely wonderful with him. She was so patient, considerate and reassuring, making sure he felt comfortable and confident throughout the experience. Her care and attention to both of us made such a difference, and we felt completely at ease in her hands.
It was also our wedding anniversary, and Adele went above and beyond to make our beach horse ride extra special. ❤️🐎 Riding along the beautiful beach was an unforgettable experience, and the warmth and personal touch she brought to the day made it even more meaningful. It was so much more than just a horse ride; it was a beautiful memory that we will cherish.
You can also see how well Adele looks after her horses. They are clearly loved and cared for, which says so much about the kind of person she is.
Honestly, I have never come across someone quite so genuinely warm, bubbly, welcoming and kind. Adele has a special way of making you feel like more than just a customer. Her passion, personality and the care she puts into what she does are truly exceptional.
It was worth EVERY CENT we spent, and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat! We will most definitely be booking another ride with Adele in the future.
