Seerendipity Tours private limited的点评
点评：Total scam. We paid 1300 dollars for a 2 days 'all inklusive' tour. --》they tried to scam another 400 dollars out of us.
Nothing was included, we had to pay extra far every activity, which was listed as 'included'
Rain forest walk: driver tried to get 50 dollars extra from us for guide and entrance fees. Luckily we were able to see the price list even though he tried to prevent that. In reality it only costs 20 dollars for all of us.
For the safari he tried to shorten the trip from a promised 4h tour to 1,5 h. Also he wanted to have 400 dollars for entrance fees and 50 dollars for the safari (safari should have been included).
After long discussions with the agency ( which tried the same scam) the driver (who couldn't speak really good english) and the safari tour guide ( who didn't dare to tell us anything and always looked at our driver) no one took responsibility and just demanded payment. But as soon as we threated to book another safari online ( they are usually 20 dollar) they were open for negotiation. At the end we had to pay extra for the safari but were allowed to but the entrance Tickets ourself. They were only 130 dollars for all of us. So they seriously tried to scam us out of 270 dollars just for them to kerp in their pocket, that just pure evil and ice cold.
The safari and the rainforest walk were actually just the plan for the first day but due to bad planning and organisation we did't have time to do any of the activities for the second day.
When we asked if we could get money back for the activities we didn't do, they told us we would have paid extra for them anyway. So apparently nothing was included. We paid 1300 dollars for a driver who tried to scam us out of over 400 dollars (or even more if we would have done the other activities), a travel agency who can't plan a trip and hangs up on you if you have complaints and and a stressfull time.
Also driver borrowed money and never gave it back.
