点评：Do not recommend. Our experience with the driver, Ralph, was very disappointing. We arrived at the pickup location a few minutes early, and he initially waved us over to the van. However, when we approached, he told us to leave and wait because we were five minutes early. We were confused as to why we could not simply wait on the van. About a minute later, he waved us back over and allowed us to load our bags. We attempted to apologize in case there had been a misunderstanding, but Ralph responded by making insulting remarks to our family. Specifically, he stated that he was "speaking English, not French" and questioned why we could not understand English. We found these comments unnecessary, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The transportation itself was fine, but the driver's behavior left a very negative impression.
