点评：Our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
The biggest concern was their complete inability to accommodate customers with food allergies. Despite raising our dietary requirements, there appeared to be little understanding or willingness to provide suitable alternatives, which made us feel unsafe and unwelcome.
The service was among the worst we have experienced. Staff were inattentive, communication was poor, and there was little urgency in resolving problems.
To make matters worse, our meals were served cold. When we asked for them to be reheated, we waited more than 30 minutes before they were returned. By that stage, the rest of the dining experience had already been ruined.
Overall, the combination of poor allergy management, unacceptable service, and cold food made this a very disappointing visit. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this restaurant.
