Our favourite beach in Ithaca
Polis Beach的点评
点评：As long time travellers to Ithaca, we still make the effort to travel to Polis Beach from Vathy several times each visitbecause it is such a lovely lad-back vibe, totally down to 'The Beach Manager'. Unlike Filiatro (which has been thoroughly spoilt and is filthy), Polis Beach is kept spotlessly clean, there's no loud music, the sunloungers and parasols are kept clean & in perfect condition and the rustic but clean and well maintained toilet and changing facilities mean you can spend a perfectly relaxing time in a lovely Greek ambiance.
And to cap it off, the cantina serves a basic but great menu with some of the best souvlaki on the island.
Well done to all the team who make Polis our favourite beach on the island! I hope the Municipality realises what wonderful ambassadors they are for Ithaca!
