Atlantis H2O Aqua Park fun with my child but serious safety concerns.

点评：We visited Atlantis H2O without child and paid €45 for one adult and one child. I had heard that this was a large waterpark, so I was quite surprised by how small it actually is. Compared with Livu waterpark in Latvia, it is very small, with most attractions located in one indoor area.
There are six larger slides, two smaller ones for young children, a small children's pool, warm relaxation pool and a lazy river. However, there is no proper large swimming pool, and children under 1.40m have quite limited options. The smaller slides are rather slow, so I can imagine younger children getting bored fairly quickly. We stayed for several hours, also ate there and relaxed, but realistically I think 3 to 4 hours would be enough for most people.
The €45 price also feels high for what is offered, especially since the sauna area is not included. At Livu Aquapark, for example, the ticket includes considerably more facilities.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue for me was safety. I saw children repeatedly slipping on the floors and getting serious abrasions because of the rough surface. My own child fell and badly scraped his knee, and I also witnessed another child suffering from very large, bleeding abrasion after a fall.
There were also problems around the slides. I saw people entering Slides before the previous persons have properly cleared the lending area, children using slides despite apparently not meeting the hate requirement, people going down head first or even standing up, and visitors remaining in the landing pools where the next person was already coming down. I also saw teenagers jumping between pools despite clear science prohibiting it.
Another particularly unpleasant situation involved teenagers aggressively kicking and breaking the inflatable tubes and later leaving them in the landing pool, where other visitors then collided with them. I have reported this directly to your staff member and pointed out the people involved, but unfortunately nothing was done.
The crowd level varied throughout the day – sometimes it was fine, but at busy times the lazy river and Slides became quite congested. The atmosphere itself was fun and lively, and I like that phones are allowed, so you can take photos.
Despite everything, my child and I still managed to have fun time together. But that was because we made the most of it ourselves, not because it felt the park was particularly well managed.
Overall, I would not return. The park is small, the choice of attraction is limited, the price feels too high, and most importantly, I was generally uncomfortable with the level of safety supervision.
