Catering is a shambles, not enough staff

Major annoyances were the parking, as there are not enough spaces for peak times. Suggest anyone try to avoid and go at a quieter time or park nearby if you can.
The food service was one of the poorest I’ve experienced. The catering is run by an inexperienced staff team. My order of a jacket potato took 40 mins, the cutlery provided couldn’t break the over cooked leathery skin of the jacket. When I commented that the service and the food were poor the “supervisor” said “we are busy” :) the family at the table beside me had waited even longer for their food which sadly arrived cold. There does not seem to be any responsible adults supervising the site which is a worry and it seems extremely understaffed. One of the lockers jammed and we needed help, I could see the look of panic on the young staff members faces as each member couldn’t really be spared from their station to help… the catering is an absolute shambles. Otherwise the activities are brilliant! If you order food the pizzas are absolutely fine and seem to arrive quicker 30 mins as opposed to 40 mins for an over cooked jacket potato.
