Booking Return Tickets Shouldn't Be This Difficult

点评：I recently booked ferry tickets for 5 people from Split to Hvar through the Krilo Ferries website and the booking experience was incredibly frustrating.
The website does not allow you to book outbound and return tickets in a single transaction. Instead, you have to search for the outbound journey, then separately check whether a return service is available, and finally complete two completely separate bookings. That meant entering the same passenger and payment details twice, which was not only a waste of time but also caused my credit card provider to flag the second transaction as potentially fraudulent because it looked like a duplicate purchase.
To make matters worse, after searching for services, finding the correct ferry and clicking "Buy Tickets", the entire booking system reset itself and I had to start the whole process again from the beginning.
For a major ferry operator, this booking system feels years out of date. It is unnecessarily complicated, unreliable and creates problems that simply should not exist in 2026.
My advice to anyone booking with Krilo Ferries is to allow plenty of extra time and be prepared for unnecessary frustration. A modern booking system should allow return tickets to be purchased in a single transaction, retain your search results and avoid forcing customers to repeatedly enter the same information. Unfortunately, this website does none of those things.
