点评:We didn’t even know the park existed. Was online looking for something to do while we were at camp. Came across this park that offers free tours of 1 1/2 mile hike and a pontoon boat ride on the Hudson River. Of course you can go to the park on your own and do the sensory trail but I encourage the tour guide one. It’s free but you need to make reservations and they only take 12 people. They split you up into two groups and take turns on each part of the tour. It is run by very knowledgeable volunteers. Learned so much on the hike about the fauna and wildlife then on the pontoon boat we learned all about the history of the Hudson. We even got to see an eagle soaring above while cruising on the Hudson. PS the sensory trail was created for all abilities. It is completely flat and very wide to accommodate wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, etc.
