点评：Bells Up Winery is an absolute gem. Our group of six—ranging from seasoned collectors to friends who had never set foot in a winery—had a private tasting with owner and winemaker Dave Specter, and it was nothing short of fantastic. Dave is delightful, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained his winemaking philosophy in a way that made everyone feel included, no matter their experience level. His passion for what he does shines through in every story, especially his inspiring journey into winemaking. By the end, we all felt like we’d made a new friend. The wines were excellent, the tasting room was beautiful, and the view made the whole experience unforgettable. Since Bells Up wines are only available directly from the winery, visiting feels even more special. We can’t wait to come back—absolutely loved everything about it.
