点评：We had an exceptional experience using the beach wheelchair provided by the Noosa Visitor Information Centre.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely fantastic. Friendly, calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Nothing felt rushed or awkward, and they made the whole process simple and welcoming.
The beach wheelchair itself was incredibly easy to use and perfectly designed for the environment. Within minutes we were on the sand and heading straight into the water. Quite literally, my family floated the chair out with my wife onboard and I was able to get her into the surf with ease.
While we swam, the chair was left safely on the beach. When it was time to come back in, the family brought it out again past the waves, held it steady, and I was able to re-board comfortably for the trip back to shore.
It was seamless, dignified, and empowering. No stress, no complicated logistics, just a straightforward way to enjoy the ocean with family.
This service made an enormous difference to our Noosa visit and turned something that could have been difficult into a genuinely joyful experience. A huge thank you to the team for providing such a thoughtful service and delivering it with warmth and professionalism.
Highly recommended to anyone with mobility challenges or families supporting someone who wants to enjoy the beach properly.
