Terrible experience at Cavani Suit Shop.

点评：We visited with our family to buy suits for my husband-to-be and son for a special occasion. From the moment we walked in, we felt judged by staff and were met with uncomfortable looks rather than a warm welcome.
We found a suit that I absolutely loved for both of them, although my son — who is autistic — was becoming overwhelmed and having a bit of a meltdown. While I was trying to calm and support him, staff members simply stood staring at us. The shop was not busy, yet none of the three staff members approached us to offer any help or assistance.
Unfortunately, the suit was not available in either my son’s size or my fiancé’s size. One young member of staff kindly overheard us and offered to see if she could order them in. However, while she was trying to help us at the till, another member of staff, who I assume was the manager, approached her and appeared to tell her off right there on the shop floor in front of customers. After that, she never returned to us.
We decided to leave, but later came back because I genuinely loved the suit. Sadly, the experience was no different the second time. Again, no one offered assistance, and staff continued to stare at my children instead of helping us.
Children can be loud, especially when they are autistic and overwhelmed in an environment they don’t want to be in. Families should not be made to feel uncomfortable or judged because of that.
The only positive part of our visit was the young girl who tried to help us — she was kind and professional.
Sadly, based on our experience, I would not recommend shopping here, especially for families or parents of children with additional needs.
