点评：I had a great experience diving with this dive center and can wholeheartedly recommend them.
From the very first contact, the communication was outstanding: friendly, professional, responsive, and always clear. Every question was answered in advance, everything was explained well, and I always knew what to expect. I also really appreciated that there were no unexpected extra charges or hidden fees, which unfortunately isn’t always the case in some holiday destinations.
I completed three diving days with a total of six dives, and I had the same instructor throughout, which I personally found to be a huge advantage. He took the time during the first dive to assess my skills and experience (I’m an Advanced Open Water Diver) instead of making assumptions. Based on that, he gradually adapted the dives, increasing the level of challenge in a very thoughtful and professional way. That impressed me a lot.
Safety was clearly his highest priority at all times. He was focused, calm, highly professional, and constantly attentive to everyone in the group. I felt completely safe during every single dive, and to me, that’s the most important thing when diving. The equipment was also in excellent condition and professionally maintained.
The only small disappointment was that I had specifically asked several times beforehand about diving some of the famous local sites, such as Mermaid Hall or the Submarine Tunnel, as they are highlighted on the website. We didn’t end up visiting those sites. In fairness, the instructor explained why he didn’t recommend the Higgins wreck because visibility at that depth is often poor, and his reasoning made perfect sense. Even though I would still have loved to see Mermaid Hall or the Submarine Tunnel, the alternative dive sites were beautiful and varied. One of the cave dives was particularly memorable and an absolute highlight of the trip.
What made the experience even more special was that it became more personal with every dive. Over the course of the three days, the atmosphere grew warmer and more relaxed, while never compromising on professionalism or safety. By the end, it really felt like diving with people who genuinely cared about giving their guests the best possible experience.
I’ve been diving in several different holiday destinations over the years, and I can honestly say that this was one of the best diving experiences I’ve ever had. Professional, safe, well-organized, friendly, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. I would happily dive with this team again anytime.

唯一稍显遗憾的是，我事先多次特意询问过能否去潜水参观网站上所介绍的那些著名的本地景点，比如“美人鱼大厅”和“潜艇隧道”。我们最终并没有去那些潜水点。公平地说，教练解释了为何不推荐去希金斯沉船点——因为在那个深度处能见度通常很差，他的理由非常有道理。虽然我仍然很想看看美人鱼大厅和潜艇隧道，但其他备选的潜水点同样美丽且各具特色。其中一次洞穴潜水尤其令人难忘，堪称这次旅行的亮点。让这次体验更加特别的是：每一次潜水都让关系变得更加亲密。在三天的时间里，氛围愈发温馨融洽，但专业性与安全性始终得到了严格保障。到最后，我真的感觉自己是在和一群真心希望为客人带来最佳体验的人一起潜水。
