点评：We had one of the most incredible snorkeling experiences of our lives, and it was entirely thanks to our amazing guides, Flor and Pamela. From start to finish, they were thoughtful, knowledgeable, calm, and genuinely fun to be around. You could tell immediately that they deeply know and love this place.
We explored a stunning island chain, snorkeled in crystal-clear water full of colorful fish, and spotted so many beautiful birds that had my aunts absolutely thrilled. One of the highlights was swimming through a cave to a hidden beach. Flor and Pamela were phenomenal here. Two of my aunts are in their late 70s, and the guides were incredibly patient and attentive, helping them through the current with such care and encouragement. At no point did anyone feel rushed or unsafe. It was empowering and honestly really moving to watch.
As if that weren’t enough, we also saw humpback whales multiple times, at one point less than 40 feet from the boat. The boat driver slowed down and positioned us perfectly so we could take photos and really soak it all in. It felt respectful, intentional, and awe-inspiring.
Flor and Pamela struck the perfect balance between being informative and letting the experience speak for itself. They shared fascinating insights about the wildlife and geography without ever overwhelming us. And on a personal note, I absolutely loved that our guides were women. As a woman myself, it made me feel instantly more comfortable, confident, and taken care of in the water.
