Ijen Blueflame Tour - Day Tours的点评
点评：We traveled to Mount Ijen from Bali. At the scheduled time, our driver Samson picked us up. He was very punctual and drove us straight to the ferry terminal.
On Java, we were welcomed by our guide, Mr. Arif. He used to work as a miner on the volcano, so for him, it’s not just a mountain but a second home. He was very friendly and shared a lot of interesting insights about the volcano, the miners’ work, and even tropical plants.
We started our hike up Mount Ijen at night and followed Arif’s advice to keep a steady, unhurried pace. Thanks to this, we actually overtook those who rushed ahead at the beginning and ran out of energy. Before the hike, we had the option to rent warm clothing at the base camp, and after the descent, we had breakfast and coffee.
After visiting the volcano, we stopped by Jagir Waterfall, which is unique because it’s home to Garra rufa fish that naturally exfoliate your skin. The waterfall itself is very beautiful, and you can swim there.
We returned home to Tabanan, Bali at around 4 PM the next day.
