点评：The customer service from Destany McFarland at State Dock Marina is unprofessional. She has no business being in customer service. She was obviously just trying to apease us in front of other customers on our departure day. The houseboat had preexisting issues before boarding that maintenance was aware of and were left unresolved. The first 3 days of our trip was dealing with these issues. 2 days of which the refrigerator was unoperationable followed by the air conditioning unit locked up. The temperature in the houseboat was 97 degrees. Destany stated to my husband and I at departure that the 3 days were going to be reimbursed, that was ignored. 2 weeks after returning home I emailed Destiny as A follow up, that email has been ignored. I do not recommend renting through State Dock Marina. The 6 of us will never deal with State Dock in the future and we Will be sharing our experience with this business to friends and family. We look forward to our vacations and to spend that kind of hard earned money just to be ignored doesn’t sit well with me.
