My husband and I took the Kennicott Shuttle to Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Neal was our driver, and we could not have asked for anyone better. He explained some of the sites we passed, pointed out wildlife, and made the king trek to and from the park quite enjoyable.

Feb 20, 2012 — The shuttles run every half hour starting at 9am (8am on request), so if you get that 9am shuttle you'll be just fine for the 9:30 Mill Tour.

We booked two seats on the shuttle from Copper River Princess Lodge to Kennicott directly for July 24, 2026, because no more tickets were available through Princess. Had we known how tiny and cramped the van they use (the size of airport shuttles in Paris) is, we would NEVER have booked the ride. When I attempted to wedge my 6'3" and 250-lb frame (with shoulder pack) into a space barely large enough for a child in the second row, I told the driver to let my wife and me out, as there was no way we were going to endure hours of torture in such an inadequate vehicle on bad roads. We assumed Princess would NEVER expose its passengers to such discomfort. We assumed we would be transported on a school-bus style vehicle such as those we rode with pleasure all day in Denali National Park. Evidently, the "road" to Kennicott is nothing more than an old railroad bed for the last 50 miles, so that only a narrow little van can be used. To "make hay while the Sun shines" during a short season, the operator maximizes revenue ($140 per person) without regard for passenger comfort. I sent a very cordial email to the operator requesting a refund or some compromise. I have been ignored. Unless you are a masochist, or they only have 2-3 riders booked, AVOID this service at all costs.

我和丈夫乘坐Kennicott接驳车前往Wrangell-St. Elias国家公园，Neal就是我们的司机。我们实在找不到比他更称职的司机了。他向我们介绍了沿途的景点，指给我们看野生动物，让往返公园的旅程变得十分愉快。阿曼达

我们直接为2026年7月24日预订了从Copper River Princess Lodge前往Kennicott的班车座位，因为通过Princess官网已经买不到更多票了。如果我们事先知道他们使用的面包车有多小、有多拥挤（大小跟巴黎的机场接驳车差不多），我们绝对不会预订这次行程。当我试图把身高6英尺3英寸、体重250磅的自己（还背着背包）塞进第二排那个仅能容纳一个小孩的狭小空间时，我让司机让我们夫妇下车，因为我们根本无法忍受在路况糟糕的道路上搭乘这样一辆极其局促不堪的车子数小时。我们原以为Princess旅游公司绝不会让乘客遭受这种不适。我们原以为会乘坐那种类似校车的车辆，就像我们在德纳利国家公园里愉快地乘坐了一整天的那种车。显然，在最后50英里的路程中，通往肯尼科特的“道路”实际上只是一条废弃的铁路轨道，因此只能使用那种小型厢式车。为了在短暂的运营期内“趁热打铁”赚取利润，运营商竭尽全力提高收入（每人收费140美元），却完全不顾乘客的舒适度。我给运营商发了一封非常客气且礼貌的邮件，请求退款或达成某种妥协方案，但被置之不理。除非你是个受虐狂，又或者他们总共只预订到了2-3名乘客，否则无论如何都请务必避开这家服务供应商。

我们直接为2026年7月24日预订了从Copper River Princess Lodge前往Kennicott的班车座位，因为通过Princess官网已经买不到更多票了。如果我们事先知道他们使用的面包车有多小、有多拥挤（大小跟巴黎的机场接驳车差不多），我们绝对不会预订这次行程。当我试图把身高6英尺3英寸、体重250磅的自己（还背着背包）塞进第二排那个仅能容纳一个小孩的狭小空间时，我让司机让我们夫妇下车，因为我们根本无法忍受在路况糟糕的道路上搭乘这样一辆极其局促不堪的车子数小时。我们原以为Princess旅游公司绝不会让乘客遭受这种不适。我们原以为会乘坐那种类似校车的车辆，就像我们在德纳利国家公园里愉快地乘坐了一整天的那种车。显然，在最后50英里的路程中，通往肯尼科特的“道路”实际上只是一条废弃的铁路轨道，因此只能使用那种小型厢式车。为了在短暂的运营期内“趁热打铁”赚取利润，运营商竭尽全力提高收入（每人收费140美元），却完全不顾乘客的舒适度。我给运营商发了一封非常客气且礼貌的邮件，请求退款或达成某种妥协方案，但被置之不理。除非你是个受虐狂，又或者他们总共只预订到了2-3名乘客，否则无论如何都请务必避开这家服务供应商。
