点评：I really cannot say enough positive things about Earthlife Expeditions. Inno helped plan our trip and was fantastic to work with from the start, all the way through the actual safari and on to Zanzibar. I traveled with a group of 7 friends from different parts of the US. Earthlife helped us plan according to budgets, time of year and what we wanted to see. The safari was completely customizable. Inno was communicative, transparent, helpful and honest. Based on our group size, we had 2 safari vehicles which meant we had 2 guides, Kessy and Paul, who now feel like family. If I could come back again and again, I would use Earthlife and request Kessy and Paul every single time. They are punctual but flexible, accommodating, smart, resourceful and knowledgeable, fun and funny. Literally everything you would want in a guide. The team thought of everything. No detail was left out, including a boxed lunch to take with us for travel on our last day from Serengeti to Zanzibar. We stayed in the most amazing lodges and hotels. The food was excellent and the staff were wonderful everywhere we went. Our safari was in Tanzania and it’s very comforting to know you will get an immediate response from someone in Tanzania if you have any questions or need anything. We selected Earthlife because of the customer service, ability to customize and value. The itinerary included things such as 2 vehicles for our group size, balloon safari, cultural experience and walking safari as part of the proposal for the same cost as other companies where these additions were not included and would have been additional costs. The accommodations were 5 stars every time. Overall, Earthlife, Inno, Kessy, and Paul are all 10/10, 5 stars, simply the best!
