He called me but did not speak any English, started shouting in German, hung up, and then came to find me while continuing to speak in a disrespectful manner (without even saying hello). This reaction felt disproportionate, especially since drivers are supposed to wait up to 45 minutes.
I considered not getting into the car but had no alternative arranged. During the ride, the driver used his phone while driving, and the card payment was processed while the vehicle was moving.
This situation could have been easily avoided with a driver who spoke, or at least tried to speak, English — something that was clearly indicated during the booking. A simple phone translator would have been enough, but no effort was made. I will not use Vienna Airport Cab again.
