点评：I would strongly advise against using this car service. We booked a private car for five people, including children, but the experience was both unsafe and highly unprofessional.
Upon arrival, we discovered that one of the seatbelts was broken. When we raised this concern, it was nearly impossible to communicate with the driver due to a language barrier. When we contacted the provider directly, they incredibly tried to convince us that it was "safe enough" to drive without all passengers being buckled up—an absolute deal-breaker when traveling with kids.
Instead of sending a replacement vehicle, the only option was to visit two different mechanics. After an hour’s delay, their "fix" was to stretch a single seatbelt across two seats, which is a blatant violation of safety protocols and offers no real protection.
Being over an hour behind schedule, we felt pressured to accept this subpar solution just to get moving. Throughout the ordeal, we communicated with the provider to request a discount, as we clearly did not receive the service we paid for. They repeatedly refused to take any responsibility or offer any compensation.
