Old filthy unsafe no air conditioned car!

点评：Completely unacceptable. Misleading advertising.
The company advertises clean, , air conditioned safe and modern vehicles. What we actually received was an approximately 20-year-old, two-door car that was extremely dirty and had no air conditioning, despite temperatures of around 25–30°C.
The car was so dirty that my clothes became visibly dirty simply from sitting inside it.
Even worse, the seat belts were stuck. I asked the driver to help release them and he simply ignored me. I eventually managed to pull mine out myself, and my hand became dirty just from handling it.
The lack of professionalism continued throughout the ride. The driver did not even have our destination/location available and had to use our mobile phone for navigation.
What makes this experience unacceptable is the enormous difference between what the company advertises and what it actually provides. If they advertise clean, safe, air conditioned and modern vehicles, customers should not receive an old, filthy car with no air conditioning, problematic seat belts, and a driver who is not even properly prepared with the destination.
Had I known this was the actual standard of the service being provided, I would never have booked.

如果我早知道这就是他们所提供服务的实际水平，我绝对不会预订。
