I do not recommend this service. The lack of communication about the driver change nearly caused us to miss our flight.

点评：We booked an airport transfer with this company because we wanted a reliable and stress-free ride to the airport. Unfortunately, our experience was the exact opposite.
The driver and vehicle shown in our booking never arrived. After waiting, we contacted the driver, who told us that his colleague had come instead. However, nobody informed us that there had been a change of driver or vehicle. The replacement driver did not introduce himself or say that he was from this company. He simply arrived and then left.
Since we were expecting the driver and car listed in our booking, we had no way of knowing that this was our transfer. As a result, we missed the ride.
Because this was an airport transfer, the situation became extremely stressful. We had to quickly find another taxi on the street and ended up paying much more than the original booking price just to make it to the airport on time.
A professional transfer service should always notify customers in advance if there is any change to the assigned driver or vehicle. This lack of communication caused unnecessary stress, extra expense, and could easily have resulted in us missing our flight.
I cannot recommend this service unless they significantly improve their communication with customers.
