点评：Got us from Boston to Provincetown and back, swiftly as advertised.
The water was calm going and choppy on the way back (which is out of their control).
What IS in their control, though, is the tone / vibe set within their ferry…
A handful of the guests were either over-served, or rowdy by nature, at the food & beverage area. And perhaps they knew the staff that was working that area or were just (too) comfortable with them…but it was so loud and hyper all ride. I felt that the staff could have calmed it down rather than contributed to it…for there were elderly onboard, as well as young children trying to sleep. Swear words and loudness feels more suited for a party cruise.
Anyway, we managed to sleep through much of it, but it had to have bothered others too.
Other than that (could be improved with training) would recommend the service. And would use it again.
