点评：We just came back from a trip through Jordan and it was amazing. Everything pretty much went according to the itinerary and in some parts even better. A special mention to Sayel our driver / guide. He made the whole trip super smooth. He’s super friendly, always smiling and really made us feel taken care of. He also gave us some sweet little gifts along the way which was such a nice touch. He knows Jordan so well that took us to some really good local spots to eat, really good tasty food that we probably wouldn’t have found on our own. At Petra, our guide Mamoun was incredible. You could tell he really love what he does and the way he explained made everything more enjoyable. Mohammad was our driver and guide in Wadi Rum and he was just the best. He went out of his way to make sure we had a great time showing us hidden spots in the desert. Not everything was perfect. The hotel Ramada at the Dead Sea was a mess. Dirty, gross pool, plus the shuttle to the beach wasn’t even working. I blame the conflict between Israel-Iran because besides it was a low session the conflict had such a really bad impact on tourism in Jordan, I believe in high session everything will look different. But as soon as we told Sayel he took care of it right away and moved us to a way nicer hotel right on the beach with a free room upgrade. Total lifesaver. That really changed the mood for the better. The only downside was the uncertainty of who and when to tip, sometimes we had different drivers and guides each day, and other times it was the same person. Would be awesome if there was an option to just include all the tips in the tour price that way you don’t have to think about it and can just enjoy the trip.
