Rock Cut Brewing Company的点评
点评：This week was our fourth visit to Estes Park in the past 5 years. Rock Cut Brewery is always on our list of places to visit because we love the beer offerings and the staff has always been welcoming. On our arrival day, we stopped in for a couple of beers and received the service we’ve come to enjoy. The bartenders were attentive as always and made us feel welcome. Two days later, we returned and again and sat at the bar. But this time, our experience was totally out of the norm. The only bartender present took our order, opened a tab at our request, poured our beers and never made contact with us again. There were 6 other people at the bar and no one sitting at the tables. He spent his time chatted with what seemed to be 4 regular customers, three sitting on one side and one on the opposite side. He poured more beer for these gentlemen. In the meantime, we sat with our empty glasses for quite some time. We even moved the glasses away from us so he could see that they were empty. He walked by us several times to chat with these men but not once did he make any contact with us, like we were invisible. We finally stood up to leave which caught his attention. We asked for the tab, paid and left. A huge disappointment in what should have been an enjoyable afternoon. Only selected customers received service that day.
翻译：这周是我们过去五年里第四次到访埃斯蒂斯帕克。Rock Cut Brewery一直是我们必去之地，因为我们喜欢那里的啤酒，而且员工总是热情好客。抵达当天，我们进去喝了几杯啤酒，享受到了我们一直以来都很满意的服务。调酒师一如既往地周到，让我们感到宾至如归。两天后，我们再次光顾，坐在吧台。但这次的经历却完全不同寻常。当时只有一位调酒师，他记下了我们的订单，按照我们的要求开了个账单，倒了啤酒，之后就再也没有和我们联系过。吧台边还有六个人，桌子旁空无一人。他却一直在和四个看起来像是常客的人聊天，三个坐在吧台的一边，一个坐在另一边。他还给这几个人倒了啤酒。与此同时，我们只能眼巴巴地看着空杯子，等了很久。我们甚至把杯子挪开，好让他看到杯子是空的。他好几次从我们身边走过去和那些人聊天，却始终没有和我们打招呼，好像我们根本不存在一样。最后我们起身准备离开，这才引起了他的注意。我们结账后付了钱就走了。原本应该是一个愉快的下午，却变成了如此令人失望的体验。那天似乎只有部分顾客享受到了服务。
