Very disappointing experience

点评：Unfortunately, we were really disappointed with our visit. The overall condition of the place was poor and it did not appear to be particularly well maintained. The animal areas in particular left us concerned, as the animals appeared to be kept in conditions that did not seem adequately cared for or maintained.
The venue is advertised as being suitable for all ages, however, this certainly wasn’t our experience. We attended with our 4-year-old and 2-year-old, and both were bored for most of the visit. While there was mini golf available, this wasn’t a realistic or age-appropriate activity for children of their ages. The train ride was not operating, and therefore the only real activity available to our children was visiting the farm animals.
The maze was operating, however, we found the pricing for it very unclear. The maze is prominently advertised on the sign out the front, but the cost of the maze is not clearly displayed on the main pricing board. This gave us the impression that it was included in the entry price, only to find out after entering that it required an additional payment. If activities are charged separately, the pricing should be clearly displayed upfront so customers can make an informed decision before entering.
For the price paid, we expected a much better-maintained venue, clearer pricing and considerably more age-appropriate activities. Unfortunately, the combination of the poor upkeep, concerns regarding the animal conditions, the train being unavailable, lack of suitable entertainment for our young children and confusing additional costs made the visit very underwhelming.
Overall, we wouldn’t recommend it based on our experience and won’t be returning.
