点评：This is not a review of the kayaking. We did not do the kayak, but did not wanted to put a low rating since it does not have anything to do with it.
Below is what happened to us.
And it’s all our own fault, but wanted to share despite of it.
When you turn off the Main Street to drive the last meters to the entrance, be aware of that they have a traffic policeman placed in the beginning of the street (the police house is also on that street).
He stopped every foreigner on a motorbike - checking if they had helmets, driving license AND international driving license.
We did not have the international one…
He wrote a fine for 1000 baht and we were escorted to the police station to pay 🤷🏻♀️.
If you don’t have the three mentioned things in order, I suggest you don’t drive past the police house / traffic control, and park elsewhere 🙏🏻
