Great Stops, But Poor Organisation and Broken Promises

点评：The trip was quite disappointing overall. When we arrived, they miscounted the number of passengers, which meant the boat was over capacity. Instead of resolving it properly, they just asked people to volunteer for a later trip—unsurprisingly no one did. This led to us leaving about 25 minutes late and still over capacity.
The two stops themselves were enjoyable, with plenty of time for snorkelling and swimming, which was the highlight of the day. However, the way the staff handled things was very disorganized. As an apology, they offered some of us a return ride on a jet boat, but when the time came, others were allowed to take the spots instead, leaving the people who were promised this option stuck back on the boat.
While the locations were nice, the poor organisation and broken promises really soured the experience.
