点评：We’ve had a wonderful experience with Luis, with his wife Leti and our friendly captain!
8 days exploring the Amazon, surrounded by its beautiful fauna and flora.
The first destination was Pañacocha, admiring the vast variety of birds from our longboat on the narrow streams of brown water that reflected the amazing nature around us. We slept in Green Paradise, a lodge we can definitely recommend.
The second stop was Yasuni, where we went to the viewing towers and the parrot clay licks. An incredible experience we want to repeat with our son when he’s a little older. Actually it’s a trip you can perfectly make with a child, I’d say from 8 or 9 years onwards. The lodges Luis chose were perfect, because we helped the communities with our stay. For me the fact that it’s an ecotourism journey is very important, because you don’t feel so bad for flying, as your trip helps to sustain local communities.
Limoncocha, our last stop was of amazing natural beauty, but we didn’t like the lodge. We preferred to stay our last night at Luis’ Kingfisher lodge, which is really recommendable!
Luis is very kind and a magnificent guide who knows all the best places to observe animals and nature. We are a vegetarian/vegan family and the food was fantastic!
We will repeat the experience with our son, no doubt!
Selvatours is definitely the best choice to visit the Amazon and other destinations you can plan depending on your preferences.
