A special shoutout to Kimmy at the front office, who was incredibly helpful and on top of every detail. She made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free, and we really appreciated her clear communication and upbeat attitude.
The boat was in great shape, everything ran smoothly, and any questions we had were handled quickly and thoughtfully. You can tell this team really cares about their guests and takes pride in what they do.
Sailing Steel Away through the BVI was unforgettable, and Waypoints made it all feel effortless. We’d charter with them again in a heartbeat.
