Even on a hot sunny day, a couple of hours in Nature is refreshing

点评：Decided to try this park on a hot, sunny day, with relatively little breeze, but there is enough shade, at least after 2:00 pm, to make the walk quite enjoyable. No alligators seen today, but many birds - so much so that there seemed to be constant chirps and whistles as we walked along the paths, particularly in the area of the bridge. Not sure whether the grunts we heard from the bridge were frogs or alligators, but it added to the overall effect -this is definitely a natural area (although in reading the guide, it appears that it had to be reconstituted - but it was done well.) We ended up walking about 4 miles - the paths are well laid out - the first part is sidewalk, the rest either sand or grass - but fortunately there is a map available at the parking area, as well as signs at strategic points.
