Do not use this company at any cost. I did book through Booking.com and paid nearly 200 GBP in advance. Once at the office, I had to wait and wait, then I had to pay Insurance and much much more then the original cost, plus a deposit of 300 GBP. I never had back my money even after contacting them several times. They were always telling me to check because the refund was sent to my account and if wasn't there, must be an issue with my Bank. I did inform even the Finance Police of Fiumicino, that after few emails, they never came back to me.
I lost a lot of money, for a car where the SATNAV wasn't available (because needed a code) and the AIRCON not working (this in summer!!!). Booking.com told me that wasn't their issue, even if originally I did pay them in advance! TOTAL SCAM!! To avoid.
