点评：SCAM - if you don't take out THEIR extra insurance they will find damage on the car when you return it.
High pressure selling at the AutoOne/Surprice collection desk, they will tell you the Excess policy you purchased does not cover you except when you have an accident & can report the other party. Car hire was £140 for 8 days, they wanted an extra €450 for their all inclusive cover! I declined. I returned the car with no extra damage and they found a 1mm x 1mm chip on the windscreen. I can't be sure if it was there when I collected it as it was dark, I video'd the whole car and wheels but not the windscreen. I didn't get the email contract including damage report until 40 mins after I drove away, you can only report damages within 30 minutes. We videoed a lot of damage they didn't record, hence I am not confident the damage was not pre-existing. A 1mm 1mm chip costs €60 - 90 to fix, a new windscreen costs €300 - 500, so even if this was my liability how do they justify €1050.
I have been hiring cars at Naples airport for 35 years, never had a problem before. Read the recent Google reviews before you take a car from these people, we have all had the same scam.
The Car has the name AutoOne on it, the building where you collect the car has AutoOne & Surprice on it. They are clearly associated. AutoOne will claim they just supply cars to Surprice and will threaten to sue me & the others leaving negative Google reviews for this review - Surprice choose not to have a Google account, so you can't leave a bad review for them - clever.
AutoOne, you are associated & trading with a company that is tarnishing your reputation, stop doing business with them if you are innocent.
