Wine country taxis do not honour bookings!!!

点评：DO NOT USE WINE COUNTRY TAXIS FOR IMPORTANT EVENTS!!!!!
We booked a taxi months in advance for a, wedding as asumed uber would be a difficult experience. I confirmed the taxi on the day. The taxi never came so I rang customer Wine Country Taxis and the customer service was horrible. She took no accountability for the company's error and told me they only had 2 taxis scheduled that day despite numerous bookings at the same time. She told me she couldn't do anything and to uber. She said the earliest they could pick us up was after the ceremony ended which was very disappointing!!!!! No care of other peoples situation at all. Fortunately our airbnb host heard me crying and came to our rescue and drove us to wedding otherwise we would have missed ceremony. Not ok!!!! Your company should be ashamed at offering a service but not honouring pickup times. Your customer service said I should leave a complaint but rI realise this is only place other than calling back. I doubt you will respond as customers service is not high on your priority. Very disappointed with your company!
